TABAYER FOR THE PERIOD ABUNDANCE FOUNDATION
Karla Welch
Stylist and Co-Founder of The Period Company
"I started Period. because I was sick of creating waste from pads and tampons and believed in a better way to flow," explains Karla Welch, stylist and Co-Founder of The Period Company. "I am excited to announce our partnership with Tabayer who supports our commitment to make the world’s most sustainable and accessible Period product."
Tabayer founder Nigora Tokhtabayeva is deeply committed to sustainability, exclusively using Fairmined gold, mined by small-scale mining organizations that promote social development and environmental protection, and Kimberley Process certified, conflict-free diamonds. "Tabayer and Period. are different brands that have very similar goals: to protect the Earth and its inhabitants through sustainability and to offer protection to its wearers. As a mother to young daughters, I am proud to support a Foundation that offers women a better relationship with their bodies and the world."

THE PERIOD COMPANY X ONE LOVE COMMUNITY FRIDGE
On December 4th, TABAYER founder Nigora Tokhtabayeva, alongside The Period Company founders Karla Welch and Sasha Markova, hosted a thoughtful lunch and panel discussion. The event brought together a community of entrepreneurs dedicated to fostering a kinder and more responsible future.
Moderated by The Cut Editor-in-Chief Lindsay Peoples, the discussion delved into the challenges and opportunities of building purpose-driven brands that prioritize meaningful impact over profit.
In alignment with our commitment to sustainability, all excess food from the event was donated to One Love Community Fridge, furthering our mission to give back to the community.
