Returns

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase and will enjoy it for many years to come. In the event it is not suitable, all goods purchased from tabayer.com, with the exception of those that have been personalized, can be returned within 14 days of their delivery date.

Tabayer offers a free collection service for all returns. Please contact inquiries@tabayer.com to request a return and we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement of your return request.

All returns must be in perfect condition, sent in the original packaging provided, and accompanied by the original invoice. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on goods that have been customized, show signs of wear, scratched or marked or damaged and therefore advise you to package the item carefully in the original packaging provided. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control process before they can be accepted for refund or exchange.

We provide a Return label upon request and we will arrange a courier collection for you with our shipping partner Malca Amit. 

Please also note that we are unable to refund any express shipping costs if you chose the express shipping option when making the purchase. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, you will not be charged for the express shipping cost of the second shipment.

If you prefer to return the products at your own expense, be sure to keep the proof of return which shows the date of shipping. It is highly recommended that you insure the package against loss or theft as Tabayer cannot be held liable for the loss or theft of any purchases you choose to return via your own means.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please notify us immediately at inquiries@tabayer.com and we will be happy to assist.
