RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Collection Pieces
Pieces purchased online or by phone may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. They may also be exchanged, or returned for Tabayer credit, within 30 days.
To begin a return, write to inquiries@tabayer.com and we will send a prepaid, insured label. Pieces must arrive unworn and in their original condition, with box, pouch, and certificate. Each return is inspected by our team. Once it is approved, refunds are made to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
Pieces purchased at our New York showroom may be exchanged, or returned for Tabayer credit, within 14 days.
Made-to-Order
Made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. For sized pieces, you are responsible for confirming your requested size prior to production. If your size is measured directly by Tabayer and the finished piece does not correspond to the size determined by Tabayer, we will correct the sizing at no additional charge.
Production times are listed on each product page and confirmed with your order. They are estimates, as every piece is finished by hand. Made-to-order purchases may be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours, before production begins.
Made-to-Order Timelines
Pieces from the Oera Knot and Oera Sheaf series are completed within 6 to 8 weeks of your order being confirmed. Pieces from the Oera Still Stone series take 10 to 12 weeks.
Orders placed in August go into production in September, as our European workshops pause that month, and the timelines above begin from then.
Custom Commissions
Work on a custom commission begins once you approve the final design and full payment is received.
Gemstones are sourced and the piece is made to your specifications. Custom commissions are nonrefundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Changes requested after design approval may affect price and timing.
Altered Pieces
Resized or otherwise altered pieces are final sale.
Gifts
Gift recipients may exchange a piece or receive Tabayer credit within the windows above.
