On daily rituals

I love taking time to myself in the mornings and evenings. If I have time for a long bath, even better! Creating time for myself allows me to recharge and have clarity in both my personal and professional life. I also believe small acts of kindness go a long way.


On where rituals matter most

Having rituals when I travel or in moments of uncertainty help me stay grounded and resilient no matter what life throws at me. 


On place

Although places absolutely shape identity and I love New York for its rich cultural diversity, I think who I am today extends beyond the city’s limits. That being said, one thing I’ll concede is that the pace of New York City has definitely shaped how I move through the world.
